Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls related to general enquiries on insurance policies following the Company guidelines and protocols
Routing calls to various departments depending on the requirement of the call
Updating the details of every call attended on the system for further references
Participate in the complaint resolution process

Qualifications:

Bilingual Preferred (Speak both English and Arabic)
Strong Customer Service Skills
Good Interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Prior experience in Insurance industry preferably TPA
