This Specialist position earns a competitive wage of $18.00 – 25.00/hr., depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PAYROLL SPECILIAST
As a CSM you will be onboarding new clients and employees, as well as helping with customer support. This will mean coordinating with the client CEOs or managers to make sure everyone is on the same page and the information and documents that need to be collected and shared are. It is expected that this position will also become an expert in the software system and be able to train managers on it. At times you will be working remotely but also traveling short distances to go on-site with the clients. You will be able to own this process.
WORK SCHEDULE
This Customer Service Representative position works a schedule of M-F, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with family-friendly flexibility.

Job requirements:
Bilingual speaking English and Spanish (Not required but strongly preferred)
Great interpersonal skills
