Job Description : Role:
We have a new and exciting job opportunity for a Customer Success Representative. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be working closely with the Business Development team to onboard new and existing clients. The representative will be responsible for helping our customers onboard and implement our platform successfully. The representative is also responsible for developing and sustaining Customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty through continuous engagement. Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate New Customer Onboarding process and manage flow to completion
Have great instructional skills and is able to clearly articulate so that the client is engaged and able to implement processing system
Track and analyze metrics to determine opportunities for growth and improvement
Develop and maintain a strong relationships with clients
Address client’s questions to facilitate continual success
Identify and resolve customer inquiries in an accurate and efficient manner
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow up with clients to monitor continued satisfaction
Must be flexible with work schedule
Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with potential and existing client

Qualifications

2+ years experience in the cannabis industry
3+ years relevant work experience in a sales enablement, training or sales role
A professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions
A dedication to customer service and diligent follow-up skills.
Ability to earn client trust along with excellent relationship management skills
Self-motivated and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated with a positive outlook and growth mindset
Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently with effective time management skill
The drive to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
A stellar work ethic and history of being a self-starter
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
