Job Description : Are you looking to be more than just another paper pusher? As a CSA you will act as a liaison, provide product/service information to clients and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with professionalism and efficiency. Our top employees are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, refined business operations and continued growth of all operations.
Your responsibilities include:

Build and maintain relationships with clients
Review applications of potential clients
Develop attractive recruitment programs
Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings
Identify and implement techniques to improve employee motivation and engagement.
Coach a team of Representatives

The minimum requirements for this job are:

High School Diploma/GED (An undergraduate degree is preferred)
Minimum of 1 year experience working customer service/related field
Winning attitude, ability to work independently
Reliable communication and time management skills
Available to travel(optional)
