What You’ll Own

As the Customer Support Operations Manager at Gabb Wireless, you will be responsible for growing and scaling the Customer Support department through achieving continual improvement, retaining team members, and creating a growth minded and purpose driven team culture.

Other responsibilities in this role include:

Manage the Customer Support Supervisors in their roles
Own the forecasting and execution of hiring plans within Customer Support, working closely with department leaders
Oversee people operation processes and items within the Customer Support vertical
Develop and execute processes for people management and coaching
Learn and know the ins and outs of Gabb products to better coach our CS representatives to provide direct support to our customers
Work with cross functional departments to always look for ways to improve processes to support the rapid growth of Gabb

What You’ll Need

2+ years of direct experience in a CS leadership role, hyper-growth tech or ecommerce companies a plus
Working knowledge with CRMs (ZenDesk preferred)
Strong operational background and a track-record of making data driven decisions
Background assisting with high-volume recruitment and staffing, preferred
Proficiency in empowering team members, fostering an inclusive environment, and making time for employee development

** This position will have a hybrid schedule, with 4 days in office and 1 day from home (preferably Wednesdays) – the other 4 days can be spent in our Provo or Lehi offices
