Job Description : Job Description: Assist Inside Sales/Customer Support team with creating work order packages, entering purchase orders in the ERP system, release work orders to the production floor, track manufacturing of orders and ensure the orders are on time.Support Customer teams with responding to emails on Order Status reports and general information questions.Track metrics for the Customer support, production, purchasing and shipping teams through a series of reports generated by our ERP system.Assist with other administrative office tasks/projects as needed.Requirements: Excellent attitude and the ability to work with others.Self motivated and eager to learn.Have a clear, professional and informative communication style and strong email (Language, Grammar, Tone) skills to ensure crisp business writingAbility to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.Proven punctuality and attendance recordMS Office knowledge required.We are a small company where our employees do wear multiple hats and work as a cohesive unit.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Wilsonville, OR 97070: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
