HOLLY HUNT is a sales and service organization, as well as designer and maker of high-end interior design furniture, lighting, textiles, leather, and rugs. HOLLY HUNT’S “to the trade” customers are interior designers and architects.

POSITION PROFILE
Customization will be responsible for providing a seamless and unparalleled client experience during the custom quoting process. This position works across Showrooms, Suppliers and Production teams to elevate the client experience by proactively addressing concerns and delivering customer first solutions. This role will help inform the business on new product additions and process improvements while focusing on conversions from quote to order to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

Along with Custom team, own all custom quotes from showroom requests through conversion
Interface with design department to request custom product drawings for vendor quoting
Obtain costing from vendors, determine net pricing and customer drawings for approval to the sales staff
Manage and maintain set pricing for frequently quoted products and update yearly
Ensure vendor quotes and sales pricing is in-line with products perceived value to maximize a high quote to sales order conversion rate while keeping close eye on margins
Ensure quote department provides best-in-class customer service
Liaison between showroom, design and production teams to effectively manage and communicate client demands, expectations and delivery dates
Maintain historical business analysis in order to identify trends, update matrix selections, and track conversion rates
Various other duties as assigned

Required Skills

3-5 years of experience in a sales support position; familiarity with small, domestic manufacturing a plus; experience in MTO luxury goods a plus
Bachelor’s degree required

Required Experience

Strong client first focus and communication skills
Strong technical skills – Microsoft office required, comfort with reviewing CAD drawings
Experience in the interiors/ furniture and/or lighting field a plus
