Ability to deal and engage stakeholders at board and executive level
Develop a consulting and a trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders, executive sponsors
Complete understanding of the cyber risk and threat landscape that any organization faces
Provide strategic vision and direction for development and overall growth of cybersecurity capability within Invent India
Understand and apply enterprise policies, standards and framework for governance, risk compliance
Lead capability development of Invent Cybersecurity unit by building portfolio of cybersecurity consulting offerings, accelerators (processes, tools & templates) & establishing ways of working/approach to client challenges
Lead in development of proof-of-concept demonstrations, presentations, and solutions
Deliver Cyber projects including, but not limited to Cyber strategy, Maturity Assessments, Compliance, Risk Assessment & Management
Experience in the development of value propositions, proposals, and bids
Experience with Information Governance, Information Security and Cyber Strategy plans, and assessments using industry frameworks
Primary Skills
Utilize a deep understanding of risk management methodologies, frameworks, and principles (e.g., ISO 27000 series, SOC 2, HIPAA, COBIT, COSO NIST, ITIL, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.) to evaluate and recommend the best approach to mitigating risk with best-in-class controls
ISO LA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, PCI QSA/ISA Certifications.
Secondary Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
