Your tasks
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Testing/Service/Maintenance Schedules for all new items
Identify items that require regular testing/service/maintenance
Identify frequency for all tasks
Create and assign schedules
Identify missing images and add to database
Physically identify mass of each item with the help of tools
Measure data and enter into database
Update new items for Customs Tariff number teaming up with logistics
Update dangerous goods indicator for all items for logistics
Your profile
Graduate in any field
Excellent experience working on data entry
Fluency and good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
Good English skills are mandatory both written and spoken
Flexibility and reliability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Extensive experience required in a similar role
Experience in the events industry is preferred but not mandator
Your English skills are fluent both written and verbal; German is desireable; other foreign languages would be advantageous
