What you’ll do as a Collections Representative:

Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and/or communicate via email with customers
Work with customers on setting up payment arrangements, completing payment transactions, and other collection related issues
Provide outstanding service to customers
Analyze bank statements to determine appropriate delivery adjustment, assess customer hardship, and provide appropriate reprieve

Location: Remote – This will be a work from home position only.*Enova is headquartered at 175 W Jackson Blvd. Chicago, IL 60604.
Pay and Benefits: $16.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus!

Top-performing new hires in Collections can earn up to $10,920 per year in bonuses.
Top-performing tenured associates in Collections can earn up to $18,200 per year in bonuses.

Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.Perks and benefits start day one!
Work hours: Must be available to work between the hours of 8am – 10pm. Most available schedules will require availability on a weekend day.
*Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)*We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules).
