Job Description : Your mission if you choose to accept it…
Is to join forces with a small but mighty team of magic makers to organize and track all of our décor pieces that help Enchant events come to life nationwide. Bringing together your passion for organization and keen eye for detail, you will play a key role in ensuring that our events are accurately supplied with décor to deliver the most magical guest experience.
*WHO WE ARE: *
We are creators of a magical event called Enchant Christmas. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. While Christmas is a big part of what we do, it is only the beginning of where we intend to go.
*WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR: *

Organizing and tracking all of Enchant’s décor pieces for our events nationwide.
Collaborating across multiple departments to implement the creative intent of the décor program for a growing live event.
Liasoning with our shipping & receiving department, and warehouses to ensure smooth logistical delivery of all décor assets accurately and efficiently.
Assist the Décor Lead as required.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
A background in theater, film, television or live event production preferred.
Experience working with props and set dressing.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
A self directed strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with office Suite, some Adobe Creative Suite, G-Suite, Slack, SmartSheets preferred
Ability to jump in as on-site field support if needed.
A sincere desire to help create magical memories.
