Job Description : Our beautiful dental practice is looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator. If you are detail-oriented, great with people, and able to communicate dentistry, we want to speak with you!
We are looking for an outgoing candidate who has:

A minimum of 2 years experience in a dental front office (highly recommended, but not required)
Appointment scheduling and patient treatment coordinating experience
Insurance billing experience
Open Dental dental software experience (a plus, but will train if needed)

Our well-appointed office with cutting-edge technology is open Monday to Friday. No weekends!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:Everyone’s health and safety is our priority. We have installed plexiglass barriers around the front desk, implemented a screening protocol pre-visit and upon arrival, placed hand sanitizing stations, and provide masks/gloves/PPE to everyone when needed.
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Dental front office: 1 year (Preferred)
Open Dental: 1 year (Preferred)
insurance billing: 1 year (Preferred)
patient treatment coordinating: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

Spanish (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
