Position : Dental Front Office Receptionist

Job Description : This specialty dental practice is hiring immediately for a full-time Front Office Receptionist. A minimum of two years of experience is required, along with knowledge of dental practice management software usage, insurance billing, and treatment plan presentation. A friendly/supportive work environment is offered for the right team member who is professional, responsible, and possesses exceptional communication follow-up, and organizational skills. This position allows much room for growth, rewards hard work and team work, and offers excellent benefits including 401K, vacation pay, medical & parking.
-Greet and serve all patients as they arrive (or direct other staff to do same) & update their records.
-Schedule, follow-up and confirm patients, optimize appointment book.
-Present treatment plan and go over fees with patients.
-Oversee the processing of insurance and secondary insurance claims.
-Check out and collect fees from patients.
-Oversee accounts receivable.
-Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support.

Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
