Job Description : We are looking for special individual with at least 3 years of experience managing an implant driven practice. This person is intrinsically driven by growth and helping others. Its not enough just to make good money but they want to do something meaningful with their life. They thrive in an environment that is ever-changing and constantly testing their skills and leadership ability’s. This person is passionate and enjoys sharing what they love with others. As an expert communicator that loves implant dentistry, this person makes sells and treatment coordinating appear easy.
I am looking for an honest, passionate, kind, motivated, and bright person; someone who is excited to begin a new chapter in their life. You will work closely with me to learn the systems, protocols, and office policies to co-lead our team as well as be the primary treatment coordinator. Our office is extremely unique due to its narrow focus on All on 4 Implant Procedure, which makes up 95% of revenue. Our niched boutique practice has a small staff of 5-6 full time employees at this time but prior to covid had a team close to 20. Besides surgery and producing life changing smiles, I share a passion for teaching and am blessed to receive doctors from all over the country interested in learning our surgical and prosthetic process. Within our 15,000 foot facility we have two teaching centers dedicated to both doctors and assistants. The practice is fully digital and runs Open Dental with the latest and best technology in cadcam, cone beam, and 3D facial scanners. Photography and videography is one of my passions and so we have a dedicated studio for each. One of the incredibly unique aspects about our practice is that we have our very own full service dental lab with 3 unique top of the line milling machines. We also integrate 3D printing daily on all cases. The clinic has historically been open 5 days a week. We just recently changed our clinic schedule from 5 days to 4 days. This is primarily for the purpose of training you. This also frees up time to work with/in the lab, as well as teach within the institute. We are a fee for service office and for the past 2.5 years have collected 100 % of the fees up front. We don’t have an accounts receivable department you would have to manage that undoubtedly drains time and resources. I am looking for someone who has these specific attributes* a clear communicator* thrives around structure* who is always honest and forthright* who values checklists, training manuals, and job descriptions* Confident in treatment planning All on 4 procedure* Must have experience with Open Dental* Consistent Follow through* Thrives in stressful situations and loves problem solvingOnce you are trained and confident in consultations and managing of our team, you will have additional opportunities to grow in these areas, which can/will drastically affect your income as you add more value to these business areas.* Digital and social media marketing* Lab Process and Management* Teaching and training doctors that are visiting with their teams* Photography and videographyAs the practice solidifies and thrives under your management, you will have many opportunities to travel with our team as we teach all over the country or to attend unique courses of interest and value to you and the practice. Compensation is totally negotiable but prefer to start with a fixed base that helps you focus on core areas and then slowly/or quickly (depending on you) unlock bonuses tied to collections, production, overhead percentages, and google reviews. This is an area I am incredibly open to listen to what’s worked in the past. I believe the best relationships are full of synergy where both parties are incentivized to look out for the best interest of each other.
