Job Description : Come join our growing practice! We are hiring a Full Time Office Manager at Smart Pediatric Dentistry in Saratoga Springs.
As Office Manager your primary mission will be to manage and provide support to the dental practice.
You will be responsible for the following:
over sight of daily operations
account receivable/payable
patient experience
scheduling
billing
insurance verification
treatment plan acceptance
office reports
office procedures and policies
front office task
managing staff
employee performance evaluation
Staff meetings and daily huddles
Qualifications :
Dental office experience (preferred)
Management experience (preferred)
Friendly
Leadership abilities
Problem solver
Highly motivated
Organized

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
