Position Summary:
The Digital Analytics & Operations Manager is responsible for driving insights for marketing programs globally and is expected to design a clear measurement framework, centered around digital marketing KPIs, building CRM & reporting capabilities that enable the digital and marketing teams to monitor & optimize the business.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role must have:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related subject required.
5 – 7 years of experience working with data analysis and analytics tools in a digital environment.
Proficiency in developing custom reports, advanced segments, and complex goals, and the interpretation and presentation of findings.
Experience with SEM/SEO measurement techniques across both owned and paid media; social media measurement tools a plus
Strong Excel skills and an ability to integrate disparate data sets into clear, concise reports
Familiarity with PowerBI (or comparable)
Data-oriented and proven ability to interpret and synthesize data, making recommendations to drive business decisions.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
Should be organized, self-motivated, self-starter, results-oriented, entrepreneurial, passionate, proactive, and a team player.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a digitally-driven (e-Comm, start-up, or tech) company.
Exposure to B2B and/or B2C, as well as B2B2C environments.
Comfort and familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce CRMs. (certified individuals preferred)
Knowledge of all key digital metrics based on various marketing goals.
Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities.
Attention to detail & Problem-solving aptitude.
Asana, Wrike, or Trello project management experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Work with the Director, Digital Marketing in setting the roadmap for digital analytics, making sure that the team’s long and short-term goals are fulfilled.
Develop and manage digital and other marketing dashboards that are shared regularly with marketing & sales leadership.
Run regularly scheduled reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable insights.
Provide analytics including Key Performance Indicator (KPI) trends on lead generation, participation, and customer retention programs.
Develop custom reports, advanced segments, and complex goals, and the interpretation and presentation of findings
Ensure data quality and integrity for key audiences within marketing, sales, and other internal organizations
Help measure Return on Investment (ROI) on all programs with digital and marketing spend.
Comfort and familiarity in pulling reports from PowerBI pertaining to Marketing/other programs.
