Job Description : The Senior Digital Graphic Designer reports to the Marketing eCommerce Art Director and is responsible for creating eye-catching, engaging digital designs for homepages and landing pages that wow shoppers and meet business strategies. This individual must have a strong understanding of retail, and marketing for apparel products, through visually compelling mobile and desktop layouts. The ideal candidate has excellent photo selection and direction skills and must have a superior use of typography. This team is very deadline driven and the ideal candidate must be able to coordinate work on a variety of projects simultaneously, and possess an acute attention to detail, while ensuring all work, both creative and technical, are reviewed for accuracy before submitted for approval.
Key Accountabilities
Develop graphics, landing pages, both desktop and mobile
conceptualize, execute and produce creative layouts and assets, including static and motion graphics
Attend meetings with creative team to determine the message the design should portray.
Work with the Art Directors and Graphic Designers to ensure the technical quality, continuity and accuracy of each piece or project including pricing, sale language and product information.
Review designs and mockups before routing to internal teams.
Maintain quality check processes on all pieces.
Deliver the tasks within the agreed upon timeline.
Seek out new technology and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
Type of Experience Required
Hands-on concept, comping, designing or producing
Maintain templates and style guides
Managing and maintaining creative team’s server libraries
Research, stay current on industry trends, technologies and market competition.
