Job Description : Your field of responsibility
Research and advice on appropriate content from existing content to meet project objectives/ ambitions/ goals (thereby avoiding reinvention of pathways/ plans).
To research, source, curate content for various projects and initiatives based on the scope of work. Be a subject matter expert of Degreed tool. Accountable for content quality and maintenance, add business led content to CS catalogue on advice from Learning Business Partners.
To collaborate with various partners, peer groups, clients/ subject matter experts to design learning plans and solutions. Be an influencer to advice on leveraging existing content and providing feedback to Digital Learning Team, Learning Business Partners.
Sort, organize, and structure content (create directories, learning plans and/or pathways in Degreed) making sensible decisions liaising with program managers/ learning business partners/ subject matter experts.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for a passionate learning professional with a short learning curve and eager to add new value to the team & organization goals.
A graduate in any field is essential with 3 to 4 years of experience in learning & development or similar role, 1 to 2 years’ experience in content curation/ content design/ instructional designing or similar is preferable.
Proven previous experience of content curation in tools like Ed Cast, Fuse, Degreed or similar is preferable, though not mandatory
Proven previous experience of collaboration, partnering, partner management, cultural agility skills preferred
Proven previous experience of working in a similar multinational organization preferred, no limited to the financial sector
