Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and build overall email marketing strategy.
Create and design various CTAs and email templates.
Test every campaigns success

Create smart email lists.
Increase email subscriptions.
Analyse data to get smart insights.
Suggest methods for improvements.

Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions.
Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
Segmentation Lead scoring, Lifecycle staging and Progressive profiling Multi-step nurtures customized by e-mail and web behavioural tokens Reporting, Data Visualization & Analytics Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.

Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends.
Experience with email automation tools.
Identify client business objectives, challenges and key success metrics.
Past experience with in marketing automation technology.

Good time-management skills.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills / Experience:

Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends.

Experience with email automation tools.
Identify client business objectives, challenges and key success metrics.

Past experience with in marketing automation technology.
Good time-management skills.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.
