Job Description : The Digital Marketing Department supports Commercial Marketing within Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution. The Digital Marketing team supports the in-home transactional business, creating industry-best digital and social media campaigns for Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Pixar, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight, and more – driving awareness and sales for movies and TV series on Digital and Blu-ray.

The position will support an internal team across all titles on the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive digital campaigns. The position also provides administrative support for two Vice Presidents in Commercial Marketing, as needed.

Responsibilities :

Works closely with a dedicated Digital Marketing team to execute social creative, paid media, influencers, and more, based on the overall digital strategy and campaign

Oversees posting of all social content for multiple profiles within Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok along with emerging social platforms
Helps create and manage a social editorial calendar for all digital platforms
Maintain asset delivery, calendars, and timelines with internal and external parties
Sources and distributes all required creative assets to agencies and other key team members
Delivers all creative and social assets for paid media campaigns, and to internal marketing teams, including international
Active participant in all brainstorms and kickoffs, as well as relay all notes and takeaways from such meetings

The position also provides administrative support for two Vice Presidents in Commercial Marketing, as needed.

Includes maintaining schedules, calendars, and meetings
Handling and submitting all work expenses

Basic Qualifications :

Experience and/or deep knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
Desire to learn new technologies and trends a must
Team player with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and problem solver
Passion for movies and TV
Must have excellent written & verbal communication and organization skills
Must be detailed oriented
Strong understanding of digital media and social media landscape
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite highly desirable
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (excel, word), Google Doc, Box
