Experience: – 1 to 2 year
Graduation: Any/BMS
Job Responsibility
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with Client.
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
Develop and manage projects and team members, including, reviewing own work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, link building strategies, content marketing etc.)
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
Prepare promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Drive traffic to company pages
Requirements
1-2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager or a related position.
1-2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, running ad campaigns through google adword, social media etc
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
PPC campaign management
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
Familiarity with web design
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or relevant field.
