Job Description : We’re a design & brand management startup based in Goa, and now hiring a talented Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will execute digital marketing strategies as planned for client organizations. This candidate must have previous digital marketing experience and be able to monitor the company’s social media presence. The candidate must be able to communicate very well and be able to literally sell ice to Eskimos – in short must have very sharp convincing skills!Specific Responsibilities:Research and recommend prospective strategies in Digital Marketing for new clientsResearch and analyze sales/campaign optionsDesign, maintain, and supply content for the organization’s website, social media, etc.Formulate strategies to build lasting digital growth for campaigns & Ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and GoogleRegularly monitor and execute clients’ projects and performance of campaignsBuild and maintain relationships with clients and prospectsStay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements in the line of workKeep learning more technical and professional skills for the jobAbility to create and deliver presentationsBuild and maintain professional networksMonitor client invoicing and payments receivables for the line of workMeet with potential clients to determine their needs.Skills & Characteristics:Responsible, ability to multi-task & self starter who takes initiative. Since we’re a creative firm, the applicant needs to to have an inclination towards creativity which will be a plus point.Marketing fundamentals, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, event or project management experience preferred time management, interpersonal skills.Qualification & Experience:Graduates preferred. (Others can apply, if able to confidently prove their skills).1-3 years of experience.Competency in English along with fluency in other languages like Hindi, Konkani and Marathi.Knowledge of design softwares, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and good PC skills.Knowledge of any CRM software and digital sales tools will be an added advantage, but not necessary.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver resultsAbility to adapt and grow in a competitive environmentNote: Only local candidates currently in Goa can apply.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
