Job Description : A South Delhi based NGO Wishes and Blessings is looking for a high performing and motivated individual to join our team in Delhi as a Digital Marketing Executive.The requirements are as follows:1. Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications,Marketing or English Honors.2. Minimum 1 year of experience in working as a DigitalMarketer.3. Ability to work alone and stay motivated as well as work well in a team set-up.4. Excellent project management skills.5. Excellent written & verbal communication skills inEnglish.6. Knowledge and experience of SEO/SMM, Google AdWords.7. Additional qualifications in Content, Digital Marketing, and Strategy.Key Responsibilities include:Content Strategy and Marketing- Along with the design and functionality of a website, the digital marketer will also be responsible for the website content. Creating and Implementing the content strategy to make sure online objectives are met.SEO and SEM- Drive relevant traffic to the website byoptimising site structure (On & Off Page SEO) and content for search engines and use of paid advertising available on the digital space. (Google Ads & Technical SEO)Analytics– Web analytics involves analyzing web traffic, social media analytics and analyzing thesenumbers to reduce bounce rate and optimize thepages for optimum results.Paid Advertising for Facebook & Instagram Ads alongwith basic understanding of Ad copies.Email Marketing- Control over MailChimp and growth of Email List.Google Business Profile- Working on Local SEO andgrowth of citations and profile listings.Wordpress CMS and Content Management- Create monthly content plan, assign topics to writers,medium-long tail keyword research, edit ondashboard and upload blogs.Please note, this is a full time job- agencies and freelancers please excuse!
