Job Description : Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM/SMO, email, social media and display advertising
Strategy Planning , Implementation ,
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/SMO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channelsMeasuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaignsAnalysing our brand positioning and consumer insightsShape and communicate our vision and missionTranslate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategiesManage a team of marketing people working on brand initiativesLead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimatesMonitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activitiesOversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activitiesMonitor product distribution and consumer reactionsDevise innovative growth strategiesAlign the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Helping shape and communicate our vision and missionTranslating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Design, build , Make Brand and maintain our social media presence,
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateRFP Experienced
Requirements
Bachelor /Master degree in marketing or a related fieldProven working experience in digital marketingProven working experience in digital marketingDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
