Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and
display advertising
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channelsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption
where appropriate
Analyse content vis-vis engagement and create monthly reports with recommendations.Track and prepare a monthly competition analysis report for all platforms brand is present
on Scout for innovative ideas for communication on digital platforms
Track and analyse key performance metrics for the website and social media handles,
brainstorm for and execute optimization ideas for reach and engagement
Recommend optimization tools and techniques for optimal brand engagement on digital
platforms, including paid promotions and PPC campaigns
