Job Description : Elevated Living is looking for a Director of Events & Marketing for our luxury apartment resident events department. Elevated Living works with luxury apartment buildings across the country offering a property management software, full service resident event planning to assist property management, and lifestyle services for residents.
The Director of Events & Marketing and events will have the following duties:

Manage a team of 10 event planners across the country
Create and stay trendy with custom event concepts that would be implemented in luxury apartment highrises
Direct our events team on the full event planning process from start to finish.
Recruit vendors, negotiate rates, and work with our billing department to get them onboarded.
Manage event charges to client and expenses to vendor in an efficient way using our internal system.
Fully responsible for managing event department revenue.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
