Job Description : Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is looking for a Full Time Director of Operations to join our amazing team.

YOUR LIFE AS A DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
This position typically works 50+ hours per week and is required to travel to locations throughout Utah and Nevada 25-50% of the time. We are closed on Sundays.
As a Director of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. You will directly supervise Area Managers which includes participating in their hiring and training, overseeing their work and schedules, helping them set goals and objectives, conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, and handling discipline and termination as needed and in accordance with company policy. You will establish metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectives can be evaluated and identify opportunities for improvement. You will review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures, implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction, and ensure that work environments are adequate and safe. You will monitor and forecast budgets and examine financial data to improve profitability. You will communicate and explain new policies or procedures to managers, and, in the case of major changes, you will meet with operations staff to explain the changes, answer questions, and maintain morale. You will formulate and implement growth strategies and objectives as the company continues to expand.
QUALIFICATIONS
Tagg-N-Go is looking for candidates who have a thorough understanding of practices and policies involved in business and finance; superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, superior managerial and diplomacy skills, excellent organization skills and attention to detail, excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills.

8+ years of management experience is required
5+ years of multi-site management is preferred
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred
5+ years car wash management is preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
