Job Description : Urgently Hiring!!Position: Software Engineer (.NET)Location: Sharjah, UAEJob DescriptionProvide solution on Day-to-day core technical issue to clients in their running system.Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessaryDevelop application (if require) as per client or team requirement.Code level bug fixing in the application.Desired Prior working experience in technical support or related functionsImprove customer satisfaction by checking new features and bug fixes against requirementsConfidence, to present and explain ideas and requirements to clients and colleagues.Understanding of customer card configuration requirementsWorking with chip card structures based on requirements and application(s) specificationsProject deployment in SIT, UAT and Production environment.Participation in providing training to customers as required.Produce sample cards using desktop systemPerform cards testing using UI or other toolsLogging and resolving customer issues. Maintain cards test library and documentationMaintain / Develop / Integrate various data preparation/personalization tools Customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resourcesCommunicate test progress. Test results and other relevant information to project managerManage complete documentation of project and issues. Maintain troubleshooting guides.Act as back-up for key administration roleSecond level of production support related to cards personalizationOther duties as assigned by Manager or Team Lead.Required Skills & QualificationA minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in Net development (C#, ASP.net, MVC Entity frame work) with good knowledgeStrong skills on MS SQL Server.Practical knowledge using web services technologies and WCF.Working knowledge of SOAP and REST API’s (JSON and XML).Embedded programming is also a plus point.Knowledge of Global Platform Card SpecificationUnderstanding of EMV Integrated Circuit Card Specifications for Payment SystemsKnowledge of EMV CPV tools (UL) or other toolUnderstanding of Authentication and Cryptographic and Hashing technologies (RSA/PKI/CRT, 3DES/AES, etc.);Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
