Position : Driver & Admin Assistant
Job Description : Responsible for timely, efficient, and safe transportation of authorized persons; conveyance and delivery of effects and goods; maintenance of the assigned vehicle(s) in a clean and mechanically sound condition; and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Driving Tasks 30% of time • Drive managers or other visitors
Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure that the vehicles are always in good mechanical condition.
Keep the vehicle clean, properly maintained and fuelled at the designated service stations
Participate in budget preparation and monitoring of budgetary allocation of vehicles to ensure compliance.
Develop and maintain a regular schedule for all vehicle services, insurance
Administration Tasks 70% of time
Undertake messenger tasks and duties including running errands such as payment of bills, mail collection, delivery & distribution of letters, banking and cashing petty cash cheques.
Assist Admin in filing, photocopying, scanning, banding documents and maintaining stores when required. Assist in the mailing and distribution.
Receive and direct calls for Field Office when not on driving duties
Place calls & sending messages for the Admin
Handle the reception area when necessary
Strong written and oral communication
Computer literate
