Summary: Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined locations on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Delivers heavy freight/pallets to internal sites
· Always uses badge the correct way and ensure you always wearing you safety vest and gloves
· Picks up IDF’s from the various shipping departments and delivers them to receiving areas and/or to the end user in a timely manner.
· Picks up ETR’s and delivers them to the correct shipping locations.
· Strap in all items as needed for transportation.
· Ensures you follow the AOA rules.
· Performs off site pick-ups and deliveries, as needed.
· Uses small hand tools as well as manual/electric pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks and other equipment as needed.
· Responsible for the delivery of materials, collateral parts, supplies, and equipment between Clubs and storage unit. This includes individual boxes as well as pallets and large equipment.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Ability to communicate effectively with others.
· Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, detail oriented and able to take direction.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Basic knowledge of various office equipment/systems such as printers and copiers is necessary.
· Ability to drive Cargo Vans and/or Box Truck, must have valid Driver’s License.
· Must be able to pass TSA background check.
