Job Description : We are seeking a hard working individual for a full-time or part-time ophthalmic work-up technician for our busy practice. The responsibilities of the position include: performing vision tests, dilating patients eyes, taking the patients medical history, using a Tonopen, and adhering to HIPAA & OSHA guidelines. In addition, the position also involves assisting with clerical duties which includes; filing, chart preparation, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and taking payments. We are willing to train the right person so no experience is needed. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn. The individual must be able to multi-task in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism. We have multiple locations so traveling between offices is required so applicant must have reliable transportation. Office hours are Monday through Friday, no weekends. Clinic times vary, but there are no scheduled evening hours. We offer competitive pay, benefits along with 401k match.
