Job Description : We are currently hiring an Ecommerce Manager who will be responsible for creating and managing a best-in-class direct-to-consumer platform. This platform will enable us to reach our target customers directly. To ensure success as an e-commerce manager, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce. The ideal candidate should have a passion for understanding customer behavior to suggest trends in customer demand. The e-commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. The ideal candidate is strategic, loves data, has experience in creating and managing an income-generating online platform. The position is based in Lebanon but traveling to the GCC a couple of times a year is needed.Overseeing design and Development of WebsiteMonitor web analytics and internal data sourcesDesign and Execute RoadmapsIncorporate Best PracticesBudget EffectivelySupervise all activities and product developmentWork closely with web development and technical teamsPrepare reports and analyze conversion numbers.Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platformManaging and executing promotional campaignsProviding insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gapsEnsuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or commentsWorking closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillmentProviding analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offer code performance.· Degree in digital marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.· At least 7 years of experience in a similar role· Experience managing marketing and tech teams.· Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies· Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis· Strong marketing and tech background· Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics· Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC , SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channelsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Remotely:No
