Position : EA- Chief Operating Officer (EA- COO) Full-Time
Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities:
The resource should be basically with expertise in analytics, must be good at preparing PPTs and at MIS. This is a dual role, alongside he would also be responsible to manage the CEO’s calendar
Responsible for management and day-to-day operations.
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Working closely with authorities and regulators.
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence on behalf of the Concern Person including e-mail, memos, notices, circulars, documents, etc.
Calendar Management for Directors & maintaining Directors schedules.
Comfortable in Excel and word. Preparing Presentation at Client Level for Meeting.
Handle and coordinate for meeting arrangements which include sending meetings, requests, preparation of agenda and paperwork, taking notes and circulating minutes, arranging to pick up & drop
for guests, stationary, food requirements.
Handling arrangements for Conferences, Travel-Hotel Booking, VISA, etc.
Follow up within the department to ensure completion of assignments, interaction with various departments.
Interaction with various departmental head
Must have exposure to handling projects end-to-end
Required Skills:
Candidate should be mature enough by him/her work & attitude.
Should have the ability to handle all the things by him/ herself.
The candidate should be active, smart, and take the initiative for the work
Must have excellent oral, written & leadership skills
Must be a confidante to the COO and should understand the policy of confidentiality
Should be flexible with working hours
Must have good grasping power and should be able to adapt new environment; should be able to adapt oneself in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream) is a must
