Dubai
20,000 – 30,000 AED per month

Our client is looking for an EA to support the CEO in a fast-paced start-up. They are seeking an EA to be the true right-hand support to the CEO. This is an exciting and all-encompassing role where you will be providing admin support, project/ event management and assist with day-to-day operations.

Duties Include:

Extensive diary managementExpense managementTravel coordination, including itineraries and visa applicationsCollating presentations / reportsCommunicate with stakeholdersLead projectsAssist with the recruitmentGeneral administration and day-to-day duties
YOU ARE

To be successful in this EA role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment and have c-suite EA experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.

Requirements

3-5 years working as an EAMust have c-suite level EA experienceDesirable to have experience working in a start-up environment
