What you’ll need to succeed

For this role, you will ideally need to come from an investment, banking or professional services background to understand the industry and how operations work within these environments. This will be a very fast-paced role, with lots of scheduling and constant changing agendas. You will act as the gatekeeper for the CIO and be the point of contact for the entire team of 10, dealing with all key stakeholders. This role is much more than a typical EA role; you would have an input in projects and be given opportunities to develop, so being strategically minded will be a benefit for securing this role. Must be keen to learn, efficient, quick, can prioritise by importance and predict the needs of the CIO and problem solve. Attention to detail is key!
