Job Description : Overview: Complete account management and sales of Amazon – Main responsibility would be the maintenance of the company’s account health and the implementation and maintenance of dedicated brands’ online content.Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goalsTrain and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulationAmazon expert, Content creator (E-commerce platform experience mandatory)Job Responsibilities: · Ensure there are no service level breaches while operating e-commerce operations of platforms like Amazon while driving efficient procurement of packaging material used for packaging and shipping.· Content Writing [creating consumer facing content for product listings] and Content Optimization [content optimization on E-commerce platform to pull up products on top of SERP – Search Engine Results Page]· Perform a digital watch ensuring accuracy of online Amazon listings, and maintain the quality of presentation of the products· HTML Description – On Amazon product description should be in HTML form so we will create HTML description for new listings· Backend Search Terms Research and Analysis- Backend search terms play a vital role in indexing and ranking so we will create backend search term for each product to help improve our products visibility· Listing Creation/Product Listing – Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content on eCommerce platform· Competitor Research Analysis – Competitor analysis is required to know our competitor strategies like what kind of pictures they are using, what keywords they are using in campaigns etc. Also, this helps us to determine a competitive and profitable price for our products· Provide detailed reporting on product trends, competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision making processes· Inventory Management – Need to keep an eye on inventory and make sure all are in stock and active. This also need communicating with warehouse staff· Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, order management, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends Buyer Messages – You will need respond to buyer messages to provide information, resolve issues by complying with e-commerce platform policies· Account Health – To perform Account health checks on regular basis which includes Customer feedback, Product Compliance, Delivery Performance· Fixing Price Alerts – Will fix pricing issues. Fix urgent issues with Amazon related to products availability· Maintain reporting between eCommerce, warehouse team and dispatch team as well as manage sales strategy such as promotion and advertising· Keyword Tracking – Keyword tracking helps us to know about ranking and for organic ranking.· Review monthly customer service reports and ensuring high customer satisfaction along with meeting annual revenue goals.Skills and Abilities· Good understanding of Ecommerce Category Management, Assortment Planning, Market Research, and Analytics.· HTML knowledge, Good in email communication and basics of excel sheet (pivot table, Vlookup etc.) and Power Point· Photoshop experience would be advantageous but not mandatory· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage many ongoing projects at once and meet deadlines· Computer literate with fluency in English· Basic Email writing skills and should be sales drivenJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, InternshipContract length: 6 monthsSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 01/04/2022
