Job Description : We are looking out for an experienced e-commerce executive. Should be well versed with tools of digital marketing and also experienced in marketplace selling.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Knowledge of eCommerce portal such as Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, Mirraw, Meesho, Shopee, Ajio B2B etc. and various other online portalsListing/uploading of catalogues/products on eCommerce portals such as Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, Mirraw, Meesho, Shopee, Ajio B2B etc. and on our brand websiteInventory management on eCommerce portal and on our brand websiteData analysis on competitive products and competitors to make recommendations and ensure competitiveness of prices compared to other sellersContent/title optimization to improve visibility and traffic to increase salesCreate maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products prices on the site are correct, updated, and in line with the policyMonitor all dispatches for orders placed through marketplaces and websites and Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer ordersCoordinate with Logistics/Couriers Partners and Vendors on a Daily basis and ensure timely processing of ordersKnowledge of Amazon FBA and Flipkart FAKnowledge of Brand Store on various online portalsKnowledge of updating offers for sale on various online portals and create implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific marketEvaluate technical specifications of the product portfolio and ensuring product quality levels are maintained on regular basisKnowledge of Payment reports and payment reconciliationMonitoring overall account health, performance, and directly resolving any issues that may ariseDesired Candidate Profile: Good communication skills and should have sound knowledge about eCommerce businessShould be proficient in Microsoft Office Products such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. and should know basic email etiquetteKnowledge of SEO/SEM/Social Media Marketing would be an added advantageExperience: 1-2 year preferredEducation: GraduationJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All customers are required to wear a mask, common surfaces are sanitized regularly.Experience:E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
