Responsibilities
To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task. Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities. Execute PPM tasks as per the schedules and frequencies. Submit the daily reports to the supervisor. Monitor the spare parts, tools, and equipment required to execute the maintenance work. Communicate with supervisors in case of a major breakdown or Emergency tasks. Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance work.

Qualifications
Two years Diploma or ITI in HVAC. Knowledge of Electrical reactive and PPM maintenance for the (DBs, Capacitor banks, panels, lightings…etc). Knowledge of CAFM system, KPI & SLA. Good reporting skills. Gulf Region experience preferred.
