Job Descriptions
Tilal Liwa Hotel is seeking for Engineering Coordinator to join its Team

Core Functions:
Support Department Head with clerical support.
Take minutes of major meetings as maybe required by the HOD.
Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties
Coordinate with team members, vendors and subcontractors with regards to workability.
Update and maintain Engineering Department payroll using time and attendance system.
Record inputs and logs daily and annual preventive maintenance work orders.
Follow all safety and security policies and procedures

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications operations and able to translate them
Excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task
The ability to work independently with good interpersonal skill
A creative, practical and pro-active approach to problem solving
Skills Required
