Position : Enrollment Coordinator

Job Description : JOB SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE:
The Enrollment Services Coordinator’s primary role is to coordinate administrative functions of the school’s admissions department in the recruitment and enrollment of students under the direction of the Director of Admissions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Monitors acceptance of newly enrolled students
· Updates and monitors All Programs Points Excel Spreadsheets to include tracking Financial Aid Packaging, Drug Screen Results, and Background screen results
· Proctors TEAS testing for remote and on campus students
· Coordinates with Admissions Advisors to ensure all applications are complete including signatures and dates
· Updates all program emails that are sent to students, to include enrollment, cancelations, and acceptance notice
· Monitors waitlist effectively and demonstrates the ability to communicate when foresees potential issues.
· Communicates to the DOA department deficiencies in respect to enrollment and/or files
· Enters and assigns new leads when needed
· Ensures admissions files are complete and accessible
· Assigns Ameritech emails in SIS for all accepted students, creates a list for IT to create student emails
· Creates and distributes lists of accepted students to Program Directors/Departments as requested
· Serves as the first back-up for the front desk
· Serves as a back- up for reporting purposes
· Responsible for meeting minutes and posting on SharePoint
· Assists with calendaring department meetings and events
· Meet with Admissions Reps weekly to calibrate prior to scrub on pipelines
· Plan and execute stitch in events
· Creation and auditing of new students’ files to ensure they meet all admissions/program requirements.
· Keeps department calendar by making appointments for Admissions Advisors and for student entrance exams
· Serves as the back-up for admissions testing
· Attend and actively participate in school functions, including but not limited to: receptions, marketing events, graduations, in-service training, advisory committees, etc.
· Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required education: Associates degree
Preferred education:
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred experience – administrative support experience (preferred academic setting), and experience with Campus Nexxus and Outlook email/calendaring

Location: Draper
Hours of Employment: 40 hrs/week, with occasional evenings/weekends

While performing administrative tasks the employee will walk and move to access file cabinets, office machinery, or attend functions outside of their personal work area; sit and remain in a stationary position for long periods of time; reach, stretch and use hands, fingers, and arms to perform work, operate computers, office machinery, or handle small objects; regularly lift and move up to 30 pounds. The employee may occasionally be required to balance, stoop, kneel and crawl under desks or in confined spaces. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, the ability to look at the computer screen for extended periods of time, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information through speaking, hearing, and applying discernment.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is typically indoors but may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level of the work environment is usually low, but some construction tools may be used by the employee or in the immediate vicinity of the employee.
