Job Description : We are looking Entry Level Business AnalystResponsibilities:

Participating on project teams responsible for developing solutions within Service & Operations to enhance the advisor, client, and employee experience.
Assist with the configuration and implementation of our custom-developed client solutions based on requirements gathered
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis.
Act as a liaison between department end-users, technical analysts, and consultants.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis.
Collaborate with leaders and colleagues across the world on innovative process improvements, solutions, and applications.

Qualification:

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
0-1 year of experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
