Job Description : Microflexinfra was founded in 2002 to provide commercial organizations with technological services from which they draw value.
Responsibilities:

Involve in requirement gathering sessions with clients and create BRD documents.
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test specifications through SharePoint.
Facilitate the Scrum Meetings, Sprint planning, daily Scrum meeting, Backlog Grooming, Sprint retro Sprint review, Velocity Planning, and burndowns.
Participate in functional design sessions, creates and execute SQL test scripts, and aid in the solution of data issues.
Perform Gap Analysis of the As-Is and To-Be processes to identify and validate requirements.

Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, Management, Business, Computers or any relevant.
Knowledge of development methodologies like SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall.
Proficient in writing Business Requirements Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS), and Functional Requirements Document (FRD).
Well-versed in defining Test Cases, analyzing bugs, interacting with team members in fixing errors, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
