Job Description : We are looking for 3 recruits for our commodities brokerage account executive training program. Upon successful completion, you will be hired as account executive at a premiere commodities futures brokerage. We are looking for people seeking to obtain their series 3 license in order to work in this highly lucrative field.
During your training period, you will earn a small stipend plus bonuses for sales generated.
If you consider yourself a creative, self-motivated worker, then this position is for you! These positions will be vital to the continued growth of our company in the Chicago area, and has the opportunity for continued advancement.
Trainees must be willing to learn, motivated to succeed, and thrive in a team environment. This role requires a strong acumen for sales, as well as the ability to learn and apply financial concepts. Prior experience in sales is NOT required. We will train the right candidates. Current students are HIGHLY encouraged to apply.
Account executive trainees will have the opportunity to learn new skills, grow our company’s client base and make a big contribution to our team!
Location: The Loop, Chicago, IL
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
* Follow up with previous contacts and existing clients in order to market our services and close sales* Calling new contacts to pre-qualify for suitability and setup appointments for sales presentations* Assist in conducting sales presentations to acquire new business* Assist in conducting webinars and other sales duties as assigned* Consistently meet or exceed productivity quotas* Attend regular meetings and training* Complete all other duties assigned
Ideal Candidate:
*Interested in sales*Must be a self-starter and willing to learn*Clear communication skills and a positive attitude are a must*Ready and willing to work hard to meet productivity quotas*Comfortable working in a high energy sales environment
To qualify to become an account executive, you will need to pass the series 3 exam within 4 months of being hired for the training program.

Pay: $5,000.00 – $8,000.00 per month
