Job Title: Customer Support(Semi Voice)
Work Location: Pune/ Bangalore
Fresher/ Experience Both candidates can apply for this job

As of now work from home, as per situation it will be work from office
Qualification: Need only Graduate/ Post Graduate

No Distance Course, all the qualifications should be from Regular Course
Shift: Rotational Shift
Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)
Requirements
1
. Must be fluent in English (English language to be international standard and neutral Hindi(with no MTI))
2. Customer service role-semi voice process.24X7 shifts
3. Somebody from banking customer service role is an added advantage
4. Good understanding on UPI/ online transactions (Candidate should be able to speak on how online shopping/transaction works)- Complete NO in case of no practical experience on same
5. Immediate joiners require
