Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Analysing all issues reported and sharing information with Ericsson with all required logs.

Activity performed in MW as per the plan and complete HC of the node post the activity.

Sanity need to be performed with respective node as per the activity.

No miss while reporting Critical issues/outages.

Rigorous follow-up with Ericsson for critical issues.

Proper intake from L1 team for all escalations.

Providing guidance to L1 while raising CSR along with necessary logs.

Provide CR input to CHM team with proper validated MoP and ensure to raise CR.

Monitoring and support for all external transformation projects like UPSS, ETOPUP, RECC and other platforms.

All new integration/correction of IN nodes.

Ensure aggressive monitoring during all nodes upgrades.

Maintaining & achieving error free upgrades of IN nodes.

Keep connectivity network diagram / consolidated circle sheet handy and revisited every month.

Any critical activity need to ensure with backup status in B-shift before planning the activity.

Daily health check of nodes.

RCA preparation of tickets and closure in SM.

Disk space clean up.

Any Revenue related/ CDR related/ Tariff related query raised by downstream team needs to be responded back immediately without any delay.

Ensure to raise WFM tickets with support of SL in case of any hardware failure in system.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

Good knowledge in GSM architecture.

Good understanding for Linux/Windows Systems.

Basic understanding on Database and tools like PL/SQL/Cassandra etc.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or related
