Job Description

General Summary:

The evening administrator will provide support to administration, students, teachers, and families in the evening hours of the school day. This is a part-time role of 15-25 hours per week with shifts of 4:00-7:00 or 4:00-9:00 depending on the events of the week. Occasional weekend hours may be required. The pay is $50-$60 per hour based on experience.

Essential Functions:

Monitor student activity in the evening hours to ensure all students are properly supervised and their needs are met and addressed.

Make contact with parents to follow-up as needed and in a timely matter

Assist with student supervision before, during, and after performances.

Submit student incident reports to Aspen as required.

Conduct restorative practices to assist students in processing difficult situations.

Work in partnership with the Dean of Students to ensure student safety and security support.

Monitor hallways to ensure students are following school expectations and Covid-19 protocols.

Assist security team with dismissal to ensure a safe student exit

Assist school leadership as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities/Attributes:

Supervisory experience required

High school experience required

General Administration Certificate preferred and M.Ed or MA required

Restorative approach experience

Knowledge of Aspen and Powerschool preferred

Familiarity with CPS Student Code of Conduct
