TheFutureParty is a community-based media brand at the intersection of business & culture. We produce micro-events and tailored content for our network of tastemakers and creators in entertainment, music, art, fashion, technology and business. We also have a growing email newsletter that reaches tens of thousands of ambitious creative professionals every day.
Summary of Position:
Part time, the Experiences Assistant will work with the experiences team on creative and production tasks. You will be involved in interacting with the TFP community both digitally and at live events. In curation and production of the events TFP creates, you will learn how to build, strategize, market, and execute an experience through the lens of creative storytelling.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct research, coordinate vendors, and help prepare event documents including production schedules
production books, and packing manifests.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and have an amazing can do attitude.
Must be hungry to learn; what you put into this will have a direct correlation to what you get out of it.
Must have ability to drive.

Qualifications:

Complete work and delegated tasks within tight timelines
Work well as part of a team
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Have common sense, intuition, and can think creatively about a variety of challenges
Have a keen eye for design and visual presentation
Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment

Additional Details:
This position is part-time through May 2022 with potential for full-time extension

Ideal candidate is based in Los Angeles, but we are currently working remote until further notice.
