Job Description : Job Information:
Independent project management for international events in the automotive sector as well as operational project organization
You plan, monitor and maintain the project budget in close coordination with the project team
You are responsible for the organizational handling of events, including the coordination of service providers and the planning of the event
Independent processing of correspondence with international speakers: inside, participants: inside and sponsors as well as the advisory board
Job Requirements:
Telephone support for speakers, customers and interested parties
Organizational arrangements with the locations in the preparation phase of an event
Creation of technical requirements, hygiene concepts and supervision of the audiovisual equipment
Establishment, planning and coordination of remote event platforms
You take over the evaluation and follow-up of events
