Job Responsibilities:
Provide personal and professional assistance to the senior management including email, calls and travel arrangements
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Perform administrative and office support
Schedule travel arrangements and willing to travel oversea as business trips will be requested
Job Requirements:
University degree in any discipline
5 year of secretarial work experience, preferably in e-commerce/financial/technology industry
Knowledge on extensive and complex travel arrangements
Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment
Knowledge on Google Doc and Sheets
