Position : Executive Foreign Purchase
Job Description : Excellent Opportunity with work a leading manufacturing company based in UAE.
Key Role & Responsibilities are as follows :
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Prepare and process international purchase orders approved by Management
Receive the articles and merchandise delivered by the suppliers verifying that they are in accordance with the specifications, quality and quantity stipulated in the orders.
Responsible for invoice submission to finance with 100% insurance
Make sure that Suppliers will deliver our orders in their promised date (follow-ups)
Coordinate with other Internal Departments mainly to insure the purchasing materials, to make delivery, to keep the materials in the store.
Make contacts with the suppliers and to take necessary actions for arranging the materials at the proper time.
